Went to Take 5 oil change for the 1st time ever, today. I have always gone directly to a Toyota dealership to keep the carfax updated with maintenance, to ensure holding value in the vehicle. Well, long story short, my wife and I were tired of waiting 3+ hours at Toyota and getting upsold on thousands of dollars of stuff EVERY time! We began not to trust Toyota or want to go there anymore. After our first experience at Take 5 today, I would say we are very pleased. The service was WAY quicker, you get to chill in the car while they do the work, and they don't over pressure you on buying a bunch of stuff you don't need. These guys were very professional and I'm happy we chose to give them a chance. Oh, and they confirmed they DO report the oil change and any other services directly to the carfax! I definitely recommend this business and will be coming back here for my future oil change and service needs. Thank you Take 5 and crew for a great experience!
This is my favorite place to get serviced. Charles and Parker are amazing!!! They were fast, friendly, pleasant and professional. You dont see many people these days who perform their job with such pleasure and accuracy. This is the only place I will be going. You earned a loyal customer. Not to mention the fact that they provide the extra valued customer experience by offering complimentary water, juices for the kids, and gummies.. all while you get to wait in the comfort of your vehicle for only a small amount of time
My first time taking my car to Take 5 for a service and I was assisted by the general manager, Charles and associate Javon and they both did a great job. Both gentlemen was very polite as well as attentive. Charles even notice, I was missing a lug nut for one of my tires and made me aware of it being missing. I definitely will be back and I definitely recommend this place.
