I Had a fantastic experience getting my oil changed thanks to Julio, Chris, and Danny! They made a great team—professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Their sense of humor made the visit enjoyable, and they treated me with kindness and respect from start to finish. It's not often you come across customer service this good. Thank you, Julio, Chris, and Danny, for making what is usually a routine errand such a pleasant experience. Keep up the outstanding work! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Jeep runs so much better now
The team here is awesome! I pulled in right away and they treated me like a queen, explained everything thoroughly, filled my tires, washed my front windshield, and even checked my carfax and gave me some additional things with pricing that I could do in the future. No pressure just informing me. I have always went to Sun Toyota since I purchased car there….never again. The free cold bottle of water when I pulled in was a nice touch too! And last but not least, it was a performance! They all worked great together and had fun doing it! Great experience! Pricing was spot on for the service and market pricing. This will be my go-to spot for sure!
Posting from my business account - This morning I was unable to get my oil change done at my usual mechanic so I called take 5 Port Richey. They were helpful and provided a first time customer coupon over the phone. From start to finish they were professional, courteous and informative. There was a miscommunication in regard to the 25% off new customer coupon (the coupon is off of the oil change only, not service total) However, the GM owned up and accepted responsibility for the miscommunication and made things right. All in all the service is solid, I was kept informed about the process, shown pricing and was provided with options. I would whole heartedly return to this location if not for the service but the honesty and integrity that I experienced today. When you leave satisfied that’s one thing but when you leave feeling valued that’s another. Solid experience gentlemen. - Brandon L.
