Update: Very greatful! Big shout out to ASM Ruperto and Chris for hanging with me and my car on A Saturday night!! Ruperto was super knowledgeable and updated me on my new (to me) vehicle. I came for the oil change and stayed for everything else. It was like taking a class in my car lol TEN OUT OF FIVE STARS 😜 Prior: Thank you to Take 5 for your excellent service. I stopped here on a whim when my regular mechanic was too busy to give me an oil change. I was very impressed with their procedure. They double-check everything and make sure someone else is aware of where they are and what they're doing at all times so that they don't make mistakes or inadvertently forget something. I felt like I was in an airplane preparing for a cross country flight instead of just sitting in my car waiting for an oil change LOL. Special thanks to Zack for his attentiveness, great attitude and willingness to answer all my questions. That kid is going to go places. I will definitely be back again.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aubrey and Ruperto were absolutely amazing! I actually came to this location after waiting over 30 minutes at another Take 5 without ever getting my oil change. Even though this location also only had two employees working, they were efficient, friendly, and had me taken care of in no time. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience easy and stress free. Their customer service was top notch, and they completely turned my day around. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of them. Thank you both for the excellent service!
