⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience — Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Drew and Nick took care of me, and I seriously couldn’t have asked for better service. From the moment I pulled in, they were friendly, professional, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. Their communication was 10/10. They explained everything clearly, answered any questions I had, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into anything. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Drew and Nick went above and beyond and are exactly the kind of employees that make you want to come back to a business. Customer service like this is getting harder to find! Huge shoutout to Drew and Nick! Take 5 is lucky to have you guys. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to anyone who needs an oil change. 10/10 service, communication, and overall experience!

I’ve been going to Take 5 for over a year now and I’ve always had really good experiences with the exception of one and they did everything they could to make it right so I’ll continue to go. However, I will say this past time that I was there it seemed a bit overpriced to me, and when I mentioned that to the manager that I was working with, and honestly, I can’t remember his name so I do apologize, he went on to tell me that their prizes have gone up, which I understand in this economy. But I paid almost $500 for an hour worth of service, which was quite impressive that they did so much in an hour, but I had an oil change, a transmission fluid change, they talked to me into a coolant flush in an air filter in a cabin filter while I was there. Again, they were very thorough not pushy but did tell me that those things needed to be done to my car pretty soon considering that I had the money I went ahead and had them done, but it was almost $450 for all of that and I just felt like it was way overpriced and didn’t plan to go in there and spend that much money. I do feel like if you’re loyal customers and you go in there and you spend that much money there should be some sort of discount available for your next visit. I do think that he did make some adjustments while I was there to make it not as expensive or it would’ve been well over $600. He did Knock some off of the filters and I think he discounted the oil change as well, but I do feel like there should be some more compensation made for how much money that I spent. All at all, the staff they are very knowledgeable and very nice and very efficient with their job. The gentleman that I had that day were amazing. I cannot remember their names. This was on Saturday, August 22nd If that helps you to narrow it down and it was around 5 o’clock. All in all a great experience, except for the fact that I’ve felt it was a little overpriced

Andrew, Aiden,& Maximilian were excellent. They were very professional and polite. They checked all my fluids and air filters, they showed me everything and made recommendations. We didn’t have time to have them taken care today. They are an excellent team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
