I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Port Charlotte, and I want to give a special shoutout to Ranzy Tucker! He was incredibly nice, professional, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His customer service was exceptional, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the people he helps. Employees like Ranzy are what make a business stand out and keep customers coming back! I recently purchased my vehicle from a used car dealer and drove it down from up north when I moved here a couple moths ago. I am obviously new to the area and needed an oil change (along with some other things I wanted to have checked out, but decided to focus on the oil change). I took my car to Take 5 while I was out and about, and the staff was so polite and helpful! I wish I could remember their names, but the 2 guys who worked with me did not push anything on me or make me feel like I had to pay for any services other than what I went for… I had questions and they were very knowledgeable and helpful… I ended up having them not only do my oil change, but changing my transmission fluid and cabin air filter as well (I usually say no to this stuff at places like this). They were able to help me with pricing so I could get it all done at once (and very quickly I might add). Also worth mentioning - if you’re a veteran, they do provide military discount. I drove away feeling good about the service and my vehicle, and in the last day and a half I have definitely noticed that it is running much smoother. I don’t typically take the time to write reviews unless I feel it’s necessary, and I think these guys deserve some recognition and a thank-you from a happy customer. I will definitely be going to them again!
I stopped in today to get an oil change and was immediately asked if I wanted a cold water. Aiden, max, and ranzy got straight to work. Aiden answered every question I had. That guy is extremely knowledgeable!! These guys were great!! I highly HIGHLY recommend seeing these guys over at take 5 oil change in port Charlotte!!! They all deserve a bonus or at least a pizza for lunch!!
