This was my first time using Take 5 for an oil change, and I was very impressed with the experience. The service was incredibly efficient—I felt like I was in a pit stop at a race car event! The technician explained everything to me beforehand, including the cost, so there were no surprises. Once the service was completed, the manager came over personally to make sure I was satisfied and to answer any questions I might have. The entire process was quick, professional, and pleasant. The staff were excellent, and I’ll definitely be back! I will definitely be back when it’s time for my next oil change!
I had an oil leak from my recent oil change at a location in Georgia, at PDQ. I immediately went toTake Five on Cypress Parkway in Poinciana, Florida. I was seen immediately, my issue was solved immediately, and my fee was zero! I was treated respectfully, and that is greatly appreciated because I’ve had many episodes with mechanics where I was not taken seriously and I do appreciate how I was treated. I will definitely be referring this location to any and all friends. Thank you
I went to Take 5 in Poinciana for an oil change and brake fluid replacement. The Orlando Infiniti told me that I needed these routine services. Come to find out, I only needed the oil change. Infiniti was going to charge $185 for the oil change with filter and labor. Take 5 charged $36. They washed my windshield, and added air to my tires. BTW, my extended warranty company, Endurance, recommended them. The mechanics were very professional and showed genuine care for me and they took pride in their work. I will only go to the for the services they provide from now on. Thank you Take 5
