William and Logan at Take 5 Oil Change in Plant City treated me like gold! Their customer service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make sure my car was well taken care of. They changed my oil, cleaned my windshield, checked all my fluids, and made sure my tires had the proper air pressure. They also replaced my cabin air filter under the dash and showed me the condition of both of my filters so I could see for myself. They even reviewed the status of my brake fluid and hybrid coolant. Although they don't service these items, they thoughtfully let me know they should be checked elsewhere. They also made sure all my other fluids were at the proper levels. What impressed me most was how thorough, honest, and genuinely customer-focused they both were. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood what my car needed. This is exactly why I trust Take 5 Oil Change! William and Logan are outstanding, and Take 5 is lucky to have employees who care this much about their customers. Took my 91yr old mom's car in because oil change indicator came on. Spoke to Kal, he and another associate pulled up her service reports and physically check the oil and said that the car had only been driven less than 1000miles and the oil was still clear and did not need an oil change. Kal reset oil change indicator and told me to wait on the oil change and that he would not want to have a customer spend the money when the car was not ready for the oil change. In this day and time, it's nice to have an honest and personable young man. Thank you so much Kal and to your partner for your honesty and integrity. I wish I could give these guys 500 stars. I can’t say enough good things about Kal, Will, and Hayden at Take 5. I explained that my ex told me he was tracking me somehow, and I asked if they would mind taking a look for me while they changed my oil. They took my concern seriously went above and beyond to help, and actually found it. What could have been a really scary situation was made a little easier because of their kindness, patience, and willingness to help me. I’m extremely grateful to all three of them for looking out for me and helping me feel safe. This was far beyond just good customer service, and I truly appreciate them!
