Went around 7:15AM and was seen instantly for an oil change. Had the kindest employee (I believe Cedric helped me out - retired Marine) and was super grateful. For it being early and HOT outside, his positive attitude meant to much to me as a customer. I value hardworking people that spread kindness, even in unfavorable conditions, and he was one of those individuals. My previous air filter was installed with a differently company, and when it was removed, he showed me how it was crumpled up/damaged inside. He replaced it quickly and told me I would never have that issue as long as I kept going back to Take 5 in Pensacola.
Donny was absolutely wonderful today! He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was kind, courteous, professional, and took the time to listen and understand exactly what I needed. I’ve been coming here for years with multiple vehicles, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue to come back. Great service and even better customer service. Highly recommend—and a huge thank you to Donny for making today’s visit such a positive one!
I get my oil changed at this location only. What makes them stand out the most for me is that they all work as a team Cedrick, Donnie and I believe the other gentleman’s name is Tim ( I apologize if I’m wrong but he has a bible versus from Isaiah on his arm) I’ve noticed the staff is friendly and knowledgeable they are fast but also thorough and HONEST and both managers do an amazing job at managing their employees you can tell because they have had the same employees since I can remember. So that just tells me they care about their employees and customers!!! You guys keep up the good honest work!!! You all deserve the recognition. 10/10 recommend this location!!!
