I initially dreaded needing an oil change because I usually do it myself and I know how pushy oil change businesses usually are, but I simply didn’t have the time this time around. The entire team was pleasant, professional, and fast. They recommended additional options without ever making me feel pressured to purchase anything. The manager was especially excellent he provided helpful information, directed his team efficiently, and kept me updated throughout the process. I would recommend this location without hesitation. Great experience and great customer service!
Andrew and his guys run a tier 1 shop. I normally change my own oil, but I was in a predicament where I had to have it done quick and this take 5 has some of the best techs I’ve ever seen. Andrew is a great guy and I forgot m their names. I feel bad for it, but the two young men that changed my oil; they did great m, they were nice, fast & efficient. If there’s ever another time I can’t change my oil I will take it there again. I tipped them because they deserve it. These guys work hard and they they do it the right way. They all deserve a raise. Thanks guys! And thanks Andew! Your team made grease pro look like grease slow. Thanks!
Caden, Billy and the rest of the crew were extremely nice, honest, and very helpful. If everyone treated me this well I would have a hard time deciding were to go but that is not the case. In times when customer service has fallen by the way side, these gentlemen have gone above and beyond to make my visit a pleasant one I will always get my oil changes here.
