This was my first time using a drive-in style oil change spot. All of the guys were super kind, helpful and made me feel comfortable. I was handed a cold bottle of water immediately, which was also very nice, as it has been hot out here. They didn't try to talk me into anything my car didn't need. No notes- will come back for my next oil change :)
I think they did great but my only issue was before they even started you know you want to know how much it’s gonna be upfront and the guy was like, well if you get the high mileage $91 or whatever I’m like OK and I really needed wiper blades too So he’s like 25 more wiper blades OK, it ended up being like 161 bucks so I’m like what happened to $91 for the oil? well your van takes an extra quart well that’s why I asked upfront so I think they did a good job and I’m happy and everything but money is tight. You can’t just Give a price and then decide to jack it up at the end? That’s all I’m saying.
The service techs were very professional and courteous. It was my first time at the location on Palmetto Florida location. The manager and staff were informative and made me feel like a valued customer. They are my new place for oil changes.
