Five stars, because you have employees that come out to greet customers who are waiting and offer waters.I visited another drive-through oil place down the road. I waited for five minutes. Not one employee acknowledged me. I am grateful that I came down the road to this business. But I do need to take a star b because one employee was using Language) that should not be appropriate when customers are within earshot. The young man with glasses who was working that day was doing a fabulous job coordinating seems like he was doing a little managing. But in the future, I hope that Michael, the manager on duty that day, learns to speak more appropriately when He represents a business
I don't usually leave reviews, but Take 5 in Pace definitely deserves one. Hands down the best lube shop I've been to on this side of the Panhandle! The second I pulled in, I was greeted with a smile and even offered a cold bottle of water, which was much appreciated in this ridiculous heat. The whole process was quick, easy, and everyone was genuinely friendly. Shea, the manager, let me know about a couple of maintenance items my car was due for, explained everything without making me feel pressured, and I decided to go ahead with a coolant exchange. My little struggle bus is back on the road, running happy and ready to survive this Florida summer. Thanks, Take 5, for making something as boring as an oil change such a great experience. I'll definitely be back!
I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Pace, and I want to give a special shoutout to Shea, the manager. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly explain what my vehicle needed instead of just trying to sell me something.i got to enjoy my cold bottle of water that i was greeted with and relax while they took care of everything. Because of his honest recommendations and the way he explained everything, I ended up getting a coolant exchange and a cabin air filter along with my oil change. I could immediately tell the difference! My car is running great, and I swear my windshield has never been so clean. It’s refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Shea went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Shea was also amazing at communicating and guiding his entire crew. Aiden was also a breath of fresh air and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend the Take 5 Oil Change in Pace and appreciate the great service!
