Had a terrible experience at the Take 5 at 1962 LPGA blvd. Provided me with wrong size windshield wipers, didn’t top off the coolant which Zac noticed and did with no problem. Zac saved the day at the 340 Ormond location. Fantastic customer service he fixed every mistake Walter couldn’t handle at the LPGA location. He was very professional and very kind and had me in and out within 10 minutes. I suggest using this location if it’s convenient. Stay away from 1962 LPGA the manager argues with customers instead of calmly trying to rectify the issue. Thank you again to Zac and the team in Ormond for taking the time to put on the correct size windshield wipers and creating a stress free experience. I couldn’t be more grateful.
The guys at Take Five on Granada across from Ace hardware were excellent. They thoroughly explained the different oil change services so you can decide which is best for your vehicle. They tested my antifreeze and said it was fine then topped it off along with my windshield washer fluid. They checked my air filter and showed it to me and said it looked fine and didn’t need replacing. No pushy sales attempts like some places I’ve gone to. They do recommend certain services according to manufacturer recommendations then leave it up to you to decide. They even gave us bottled water and have a fan that blows on you to keep you cool while your vehicle is shut off. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use them in the future.
"Hands down the best oil change experience I've ever had. Kevin and Robert at Take 5 were fast, professional, and genuinely looking out for me. They explained a few things about my car that a shop could have easily upcharged me for, but they were straight with me and saved me money. Super efficient, no runaround. I left feeling taken care of, not sold to. Huge thanks to these guys, I'll be back and I'll be sending people your way."
