I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Mason really took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with Sabian to make sure everything was clearly understood and handled properly. They explained exactly what needed to be serviced today, which gave me peace of mind. D, Mason, and Sabian provided excellent customer service and were professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely be coming back to Take 5 Oil Change! Highly recommend! 🙌🏽
The service I received today on 9/20 was exceptional, and this was my first time using Take 5's service. One of the techs named Mason greeted me at my window and handed me a water bottle. I asked him what were the prices for a conventional oil change and he gave me a decent price. Once I pulled in, another tech named Sabian also greeted me. He gave me a discount for my oil change and it was a big help financially!! Mason also checked my coolant and tire pressure. I am so grateful to these two young guys. Great personalities and great customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this specific location for my next oil change. My car is running so much better now!
As a woman, having to do anything car related is very stressful and overwhelming. I already had an insane morning/afternoon dealing with a dead car battery & decided I might as well change my oil while I am at the autozone. Let me say, I have never enjoyed a car experience so much. Angelo was very patient and kind explaining everything to me, showing me my history, updating my information, and showing me how to find the coupons for future discounts on services. Sabian was also so so kind helping to change the cabin air filter & something else I forgot what it's called- but mine was bad. They truly went out of their way to make me feel safe, calm, and respected. I will forever come to this location & hope they are the ones working that day. Such a treat, thank you guys!
