I went today to the Curry Ford location and was assisted by Allan. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. All the guys were very busy and it took a bit longer than expected and in the end found why. They only had one payment reader, and it was faulty! Due to this, they were taking a lot longer with the process. It’s hard enough all the labor they have to do. They shouldn’t have to worry about this too. Take 5 please do better! U could’ve gotten a 5-rating from me. All in a all, great job guys!
Brandon, dude took care of me was very honest I had came in to get my oil changed because my sticker said 14,058 and my mileage was 14,077 and he showed me the color of my oil and told me I could save money because it was not low and the color was still great I drive a lot of miles on commute to work everyday an when I told him I got my oil changed like a month ago he told me I still got 1500 miles or more to go so he helped me save money today, good honest dude. Saved $100
I was out of town visiting the Orlando area on vacation with family members. On the morning of departure I and daughter’s family decided to get oil changes before our drives home. The manager and staff changed my oil and checked out the rest of the under hood systems and found that my air filter was filthy and the cooling system fluid was extremely low. They corrected/replaced everything necessary and sent me on my way with full confidence that my 7 hour drive would be uneventful. My hometown family-owned oil change shop never checked my coolant or air filter and I was unaware of their condition myself. I have a Take 5 store in my hometown and I’m switching to their shop from now on.
