I've been a Take 5 customer for years, and I just moved to Orlando, so this is my first experience with this shop. My car has a special type of oil filter and takes more than your average car's oil volume, and so my oil change is one of the more complex jobs for a business like this. The crew here is professional, friendly, and FAST - they finished the job at least 5x faster than I was used to in my previous region of Florida. Also, through no fault of the crew, this location doesn't seem to get enough business; their garage is empty all the time. Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to give your business to this location.
My husband and I went to the location in Lee. There were not friend I usually go there to get an oil change so this time I asked one of the worker how much the oil change will cost and I had a usually go there to get an oil change so this time I ask one of the work worker how much the oil change will cost and I had a $25 coupon that they applied and it came out more than I usually paid so I asked worker why was it expensive this time then he told me that the price changed I asked them if they can match the price that I usually paid And another employee Came out and said if I wanted to go somewhere else, I’m welcome too. No big deal if they couldn’t, but it just threw us off when he said that so we will never go back out there again. We will go to our new spot now, which is on colonial. They had Exceptional customer care!! The hospitality was great. All the employees were friendly and did a great job. Supervisor was fantastic was very friendly. My husband and I really appreciate there services that they provided. Customer service everything would recommend this place anytime
Nico and Derrick were fantastic! They made my oil change quick, easy, and stress-free. To top it off, when my car wouldn’t start afterward due to a dead battery, they happily came to the rescue and gave me a jump without hesitation. Great customer service, friendly attitudes, and genuinely helpful people. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Thanks again, Nico and Derrick!
