I’ve been to Take 5 a handful of times in my life, various locations. But THIS PLACE?!!!!! AH-MAZ-ING!!!! I arrived shortly before close. They welcomed me with a smile and great vibes. They checked things that EVERY OTHER LOCATION I’d been to, NEVER checked. They were attentive, prompt, polite plus I and my car were treated with care?!?! All of the things that represent great customer service! I live about an hour away but I would go out of my way to go back to this particular location to visit with this particular group of staff because my experience was that great! From management, down they all NEED A RAISE!!!! THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!
The team was amazing! Chris and Anastasia went above and beyond during my oil change. They made me aware of important maintenance that my car needed. And important issues I should repair. Without their expertise I would not have known. As an uber driver this was very helpful information. Thank you TAKE 5 team! I live over 30 minutes away and I specifically come to this location every oil change because they are the best.
Nico and Derrick were fantastic! They made my oil change quick, easy, and stress-free. To top it off, when my car wouldn’t start afterward due to a dead battery, they happily came to the rescue and gave me a jump without hesitation. Great customer service, friendly attitudes, and genuinely helpful people. They turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Thanks again, Nico and Derrick!
