I got some bad news today and have a long drive ahead of me due to a family emergency. I had to get my oil changed and was in a state of grief and shock when I pulled up. I didn’t mention any of this to the techs obviously but I received excellent service that made the experience as pleasant as possible. They truly helped me today in more ways than they know. I didn’t catch their names but I think my receipt says Fred and Denigel so wanted to give them a shoutout. I’ll definitely make this my regular spot for oil changes from now on.
Wow what a nice experience getting an oil change. Jariel, Raymond and Darin literally gave me white glove service. It felt like i came to a coffee shop and just so happened to get an oil change. I was offered a complimentary water once I pulled up and they approached me. They were precise , polite and explained every step. Even discussed all the available coupons for my service and the future. I will ONLY get an oil change at this location from here on out. I’m happy i found them. As a women these places can be intimidating when going alone, but i felt very comfortable. Thank You Guys so much!!
My wife went to get her oil changed, the dealership stripped out the oil filter cover which we didn’t know. They were able to drain the oil and replace it with new oil. They spent about 30 minutes trying get the cover off but didn’t want to risk breaking it. The manager didn’t feel it was right to charge her because it wasn’t a full oil change. Very friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend using them.
