Great service. I used to be an assistant manager for a competition company and I know great service when I see it. The tech really impressed me to be so young. He was very respectful and informative. He made sure to keep me abreast of what they were doing and I can tell he takes pride in his job and doing a great job at that. And I don't throw that word "GREAT" around lightly. I can tell he was raised right and trained right, and then some things you just can't train or teach. Since I took my time to do the survey I want to make sure that young professional get all the recognition he deserves as well as Take 5 as a company. That was my first time ever in my life trying Take 5 and I even got the highest service knowing I didn't need it but I did it because he just stood out to me as a young professional and I was so impressed. I loved the service I will be a repeat customer. And I felt you guys deserved me taking my time out of my extremely busy day to get the recognition! Big props to you guys keep up the great service, oh and I know time is one of your priorities as well so excellent job on the in and out efficient and quality work.
I got some bad news today and have a long drive ahead of me due to a family emergency. I had to get my oil changed and was in a state of grief and shock when I pulled up. I didn’t mention any of this to the techs obviously but I received excellent service that made the experience as pleasant as possible. They truly helped me today in more ways than they know. I didn’t catch their names but I think my receipt says Fred and Denigel so wanted to give them a shoutout. I’ll definitely make this my regular spot for oil changes from now on.
Wow what a nice experience getting an oil change. Jariel, Raymond and Darin literally gave me white glove service. It felt like i came to a coffee shop and just so happened to get an oil change. I was offered a complimentary water once I pulled up and they approached me. They were precise , polite and explained every step. Even discussed all the available coupons for my service and the future. I will ONLY get an oil change at this location from here on out. I’m happy i found them. As a women these places can be intimidating when going alone, but i felt very comfortable. Thank You Guys so much!!
