Been using them for years, even before they changed to Take 5. Love these guys here. They strive to do you right every time! Still getting great service at the N 441 location. All the guys there are friendly and personable and they make a great team. I have never left there without a smile on my face or a laugh in my belly. Seriously, they do a great job and their customer service skills are awesome. I've never felt pushed to spend extra money, but they do let you know every step if they find something that will cause you an issue later. I just cant say enough about them all. You know they have a fantastic manager for this team to run like they do. đź‘Źđź‘Ź
Anywhere and Chris handled a customer wonderful. This man got out of his car in the service area complaining that he has been there for 20 minutes.. Chris asked the customer politely to get back in his car please. The man started cussing Chris, Arthur came and asked the man to get back in his car please. The man did but these 2 men absolutely handled this perfect. This all happened at my car window.
All the guys here are so friendly and helpful. I am so pleased that I discovered this business! I got my oil changed here, and then I have been back many times since my tire light keeps going on. I had one tire fixed at Firestone, which even kindly suggested, and then the other day, the light came on again, apparently for a different tire, oh my. Anyways, I love that they offer to "top off" oil, air, etc between oil changes. This is an amazing service and great business, and I highly recommend!
