I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Jey. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The service was quick, efficient, and I appreciated his attention to detail. It’s great to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service and making sure the job is done right. I highly recommend asking for Jey if you visit Take 5!
From the moment we pulled up to the time we left, the experience was great! Someone came out with waters while we waited, then when it was our turn everyone was very nice and professional, explaining everything they were doing. Overall a great experience! Quick, efficient, and made you feel comfortable! We will be coming back to this location!!! Thank you guys! We especially loved the dancing 😬
While it certainly didn't take five minutes, all the time I spent there was worth it. Those gentlemen looked over my car thoroughly, carefully serviced my car, and went the extra mile to check my air filters, which both needed to be changed. Even though the 25% coupon is certainly convincing enough to get my car serviced at Take 5.Oil Change, the kind gentleman genuinely take interest in my vehicle's maintenance. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change !
