Take Five Oil Change, Niceville Michael (service writer), Michael (tires, and walked me out of the bay), Jonah (safety and hood, also MOD), and Tanner (in the pit). Those are the four names on my paper today, and this whole review is about them. Here's what you need to know. I had a coupon for $25 off at a different oil change place here in town. That coupon did its job: it reminded me I was due. I drove to Take Five anyway. They take care of veterans and I'm grateful for the military discount, but that is not why I go. I'd be in that bay if there were no discount at all. That's not loyalty to a sign. That's loyalty to a crew that has never once had an off day with me. Everybody is out here talking about being authentic. I don't want authentic. I want consistent. You do not want your dentist authentic on the day she had a fight with her husband and decides to take it out on the molar that's already giving you trouble. You want her the same every single time. That's what these guys deliver... EVERY time. A cold bottle of water before I even pull into the bay, and you can see the condensation on it as they walk it over. Eye contact from all four of them. Do you know how rare that is anymore? They educate instead of upsell. Last visit, one of them told me my windshield wipers were on their way out. I said no thanks. A month later the rubber cracked and the blade was dragging across my glass. I came back and fessed up, and Michael laughed with me. Not one ounce of I told you so. Same story with the engine air filter. He didn't say "you need this." He explained what it does, why it matters, told me they'd made a note on my account the last time I was in, and said I didn't have to do a thing today. He wanted me to know. And this Jeep is my work vehicle: it hauls banners, chairs, and step and repeats to venues all over the Emerald Coast. Teaching me something about it is useful to me, not a pitch at me. I own a business. When I watch four people work like that, my first thought is how do I hire them. My second is I hope somebody is paying them what that's worth, because thoughtfulness like this isn't in a training manual. Thank you for clocking in today, gentlemen. You made my whole day, and I'm telling everybody. 🤍

It took a while to get the service, but it was a Friday and a holiday. I was greeted with a water and pulled into a bay. They were busy and after my service started a new face showed up, he finished lunch and someone else could go. They were busy. I am usually patient and I was not in a hurry. So I settled in and noticed a young lady was working. Very pretty, named Kayleigh. I remembered because that's my daughter's name. When I was almost done with my service the fellow that had come back from lunch was asking her how busy they were and how many customers left happy. I told him out my window, with a young lady like that smiling at you while super busy every one of them should have left happy. Overall super service, great team! I have had ladies work on my team and they definitely add a little ease sometimes, whether it is hectic or just happy conversation. Thank the whole team!

I have been taking my Volvo to Take 5 for an oil change for a few years now. They provide phenomenal customer service and today was no exception. Michael and Gavin were very friendly, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. They did not try to up charge or sell me any services I did not need. I always have an amazing experience at Take 5 and they always honor a 25 percent military discount. Will continue to use them and refer customers their way!
