When I arrived with my wife they treated us like royalty to start. They made us priority from the start. They communicated with us throughout the process which is really refreshing. After starting the oil change process they uncovered a few issues that they handled in a timely manner while communicating the entire time. This team displayed best in class customer service and professionalism. A big shout out to George, the GM of the facility. He knows his stuff and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Cheers to the entire team at this location.
Omg what an amazing experience! Idk if I was getting my oil changed or I was at a live stand up comedy show! Not only did George, Justin and Zac collectively take care of my oil, my windshield wipers, and my filters so fast, they cared enough to explain everything they were doing for me and gave me some amazing insight. And on top of that, they’re ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!! Wasn’t one dull moment with all of them! Highly recommend this take5. The best one!!
Another excellent experience at Take 5! What really stood out was how thorough, friendly, and well-coordinated the entire team was. George, the manager, does a great job leading the crew and making sure customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Justin, the service writer, provided outstanding customer service—friendly, attentive, and great at keeping me informed throughout the visit. Richard, the technician, was extremely thorough and clearly takes pride in doing the job right rather than just rushing through it. The teamwork between George, Justin, and Richard was impressive. Everyone communicated well, helped each other out, and kept things moving smoothly while still giving each customer personal attention. Great service, great attitude, and a team that genuinely seems to care about the quality of their work. Definitely a 5-star experience!
