I got a complete oil change over at Seffner #0446 on Friday evening. Tim, Caleb, and Adam did there thing on my 2012 Toyota Rav4. He ride and drive as new again. They was quick, over professional, let me know everything what was done and needed for my car. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job. I will continue coming back. P.s it was very hot that day an they still did there job professionally
I had an outstanding experience with Adam during my oil change service. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Adam was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was his genuine concern for customer comfort. He asked me multiple times if I wanted a bottle of water, just to make sure I was okay while waiting. He also asked whether I preferred to stay in my car or wait outside and made sure I was comfortable with either option. On top of that, Adam noticed that rain was expected and thoughtfully checked in to make sure I was situated comfortably. While I waited in my car, he even made sure a fan was blowing on me so I could stay cool and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who pays attention to the little details the way he does. The oil change itself was quick, easy, and hassle-free, but Adam’s exceptional customer service is what truly made this visit memorable. He treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care from start to finish. Employees like Adam are the reason customers keep coming back. I highly recommend him and the entire team. Thank you, Adam, for making what is usually a routine oil change such a pleasant experience!
Came in for an oil change. Everyone is polite and friendly, they explain well their recommendations and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of for not being knowledgeable the way I do at jiffy lube. I live in Lakeland and work in the area so I'll definitely come to this location again :)
