Isaiah and the shop manager Ellen were amazing! I just got a new car and it was time for my first oil change, and Isaiah was so helpful in explaining everything my car needed and giving me the best prices and service. I was in and out in a breeze and as someone who also works in customer service I appreciated the thorough information I received and the concise and efficient work they did, and Isaiah was so kind! I’ll definitely be coming here for my car services. Great job team!
As usual my experience at the Lutz shop was terrific, but this time Nick stood out. I heard him mentoring a young worker, while working on my car and directing the staff as the stalls were full and backed up. Pleasant. Smiling. Focused on getting the job done. He told me that a pan under my oil (thing?) was loose because the screw holding it on had over time lost its thread. He said he was able to tighten it this time but this is something I need to have replaced soon. Pleasant, professional and efficient. Nice work Nick!
I had the best service I’ve ever had from Ellen! I came in for a simple oil change and had no idea about some of the other maintenance my vehicle needed. Ellen took the time to explain everything to me, including why my car was due for a coolant exchange and the recommended service intervals from the manufacturer. What impressed me most was her honesty. She let me know that my vehicle did not need a differential service yet, which showed me she genuinely cared about what my car needed instead of just trying to sell me extra services. There was absolutely no pressure, and she was incredibly patient while answering all of my questions. It’s hard to find people who are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused, but Ellen is all of those things. I left feeling informed and confident that my vehicle was being taken care of properly. I will definitely be back to see her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for honest, exceptional service!
