Went to get the oil changed on a car I had just purchase after reading up on Google. They also offered a $25 off coupon online. I chose them because they opened early at 7am. The other places mainly opened at 8am. I wanted to go early, get in & out. I like the fact that I could stay in my car. I didn’t mind the short wait period at all. Heath greeted me promptly when I arrived, very warm & nice friendly smile. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Fred was the manager on duty & also assisted in the oil change process. He did upsell me a bit and also explained the 2 issues I had with my car. I did not get them fixed that day due to the price but overall I had a smooth process and was even offered a bottle of water! I thought that was a very nice gesture.
We were greeted with a friendly man offering us cold bottles of water - we were parked where a fan blew cool air on us the whole visit - Germain the man who handled our oil change was very friendly and polite - he explained everything he was doing and was extremely knowledgeable and professional - the other man rest our cars alert system for us and asked if we had any questions - without a doubt this was the most professional and comprehensive oil change we have ever had and I would highly recommend to anyone ! I will be using this location on Missouri for all my oil changes - and we even had a coupon too !! Ten star experience !!
It's my first time getting my oil changed at this location and I love the service. All the staff are very personable. I usually feel uncomfortable getting anything done on my car, but I was completely comfortable here. They offered me water multiple times and I didn't feel pressured into getting any more than I needed. I will definitely be back for my oil changes in the future. Thank you guys! Edited to add: I'm still coming here for my oil change years later. Thanks, Fred! Kind, patient, and efficient service as always.
