All I can say is wow! I was greeted within seconds of driving up by Fred this locations manager and was also offered a cold water. Fred was amazing to watch and he not only worked on 4 other vehicles plus mine while I was there but was also training. Both gentleman were polite, attentive and explanatory. Fast, efficient, competitive pricing. This was my first visit to Take 5 and I will return to this location.
Both Fred and Ethan were so helpful and honest about my car and the things it will be needing and the time frames. They didn't try and upsell me on things I was not needing and I appreciate the clarity and advice regarding my car and maintenance. You both are amazing at what you do and I appreciate your professionalism. Thank you again.
Nate was honeslty the most trusting and nicest human I have had work on my car (and this thing needs a lot of work) he was informative and professional and recommended the best for me, I greatly appreciated it. I felt safe and for once an oil change was a positive experience and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Nate and todays Take 5 team!! I will be back and back on time because of them for my next oil change!
