I pulled in because an ECO light came on and I thought since I just got this car from my sister, maybe it was due for an oil change?! The guys were FAST/HONEST AND POLITE ! No Scam here! My oil looked at a good level and color! How HONEST!!! They could have said, I need an oil change but he showed me the dip stick and explained what it would look like if Oil Needed changing! I’m going back when it goes through. Couple more thousand mile. They WILL DO MY OIL CHANGE ETC.., ALWAYS!!!!! Thank You Fondly~ Manette V.
I absolutely love this location of Take 5. It’s about 20 min from my house and I drive by numerous other shops but I choose this one. They are always polite and honest. Never once have they tried to upsell me. They tell me what they’ve, give me options and let me decide without added pressure or scare tactics. I will continue to use them and highly recommended anyone who has had a bad experience elsewhere to give these guys a try, you won’t be disappointed!!
All workers were very friendly. Got the job done in efficient time. Explained everything they did to my car along and what choices I had available. Cleaned my windshield. Great service! Not even a long wait. Offered cold water while I wait. Thanks guys! Awesome job! Even checked my tire pressure...the light went off in my car!
