Great experience at Take 5! Santiago helped me and was super friendly and informative without being too pushy. He gave me the information I needed and left the decisions up to me, which you honestly don’t find too often. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had a good experience. Shawn was quick and efficient getting the oil change done. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone we spoke with was super nice, great team there. Next time I come back, I hope they’re there to help. Service like that is what keeps me coming back. Thanks, Santiago and Shawn.
I pulled in because an ECO light came on and I thought since I just got this car from my sister, maybe it was due for an oil change?! The guys were FAST/HONEST AND POLITE ! No Scam here! My oil looked at a good level and color! How HONEST!!! They could have said, I need an oil change but he showed me the dip stick and explained what it would look like if Oil Needed changing! I’m going back when it goes through. Couple more thousand mile. They WILL DO MY OIL CHANGE ETC.., ALWAYS!!!!! Thank You Fondly~ Manette V.
Great experience. Only waited about 5 minutes for the crew to finish the car ahead of me and total service time was roughly 10 minutes. The service tech, Shawn, was super friendly and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Unlike the other fast service oil change joints, there was no pressure to replace anything that was in acceptable condition for further safe use (wipers, air cabin filter, etc.). Will absolutely be a repeat customer.
