My technician he actually told me his name and I can’t remember what it was. I told him he is in the perfect job. He has such a great personality. Dealing with the customers. I love going to take five. It’s always a quick job getting an oil change they offer different things in case they haven’t been done recently. I just moved to Florida and I didn’t know that you’re supposed to exchange antifreeze because of the hot weather so I was so happy they told me so I did that. And they have a record of what I’ve done every time I’ve come there so this way they know if I need a new air filter or if I need a new filter in the glove box area I love everything about take five. I love that they give you a bottle of water when you get this when you’re sitting in your car you have a drink.
We recently visited Take 5 Oil Change, and the experience was outstanding. If you’re looking for a quick, professional, and hassle-free service, this is the place to go. What we loved: Stay-in-the-Car Convenience: We never had to leave the car! It’s perfect for a busy schedule or if you just want to relax while they work. Speed: They live up to the name. We were in and out in no time, yet the service felt thorough and careful. Customer Service: The technicians lead by Logan were friendly, communicative, and didn’t try to push unnecessary upsells. They clearly explained what they were doing and checked out fluids and tires with precision. Extras: The complimentary water and the overall "pit crew" vibe made the experience much more pleasant than a typical shop visit. Highly recommend Take 5 for anyone who values their time and wants top-notch service for their vehicle. We’ll definitely be back for our next oil change!
UPDATE: AGAIN, AS USUAL, ALWAYS WONDERFUL! These guys at the Take 5 in Lady Lake are such honorable Gentlemen that they offer warmth, support and genuine assistance that reminds me of a bygone era! I have learned from these young men that I can rest assured my vehicle is in attentive and responsible hands. Having been widowed twice, that’s a load off my mind…a complete relief! (FURTHERMORE, they don’t price gouge seniors, which sadly, I’ve seen so much of around here!) Bravo Dudes…
