Very nice, very fast, very fair price. I've been going to the Take 5 location on 441 for a few years now and I plan on returning for my oil changes and whatever else my car needs after they have inspected my filters, etc. The men who work there always give you a cold bottle of water, look thoroughly at what is under my hood and do extras like filling my tires, filling anything like my cleaning fluids, etc. They answer all my questions and explain things as they go along with their inspection and replace what is needed with my permission. They are all hard workers and very efficient. And they do all their work while I'm sitting in my car. I have absolutely no reason to go elsewhere for all my oil changes because they do a great job and they are all very trustworthy. I don't know where others go for their oil changes, but I suggest giving Take 5 a chance because you won't be disappointed!
Today they had their own agenda going. Yelling back and forth their opinions of the rules regarding breaks and coming to work on time. Of course my car window was open, a bit arrogant in their "directions" on my interactions with them. I get it. They're young and it's a weekend. If I have to pay you almost $100 for only an oil change, and still frequent your business perhaps when talking to the customer, you could treat them with a fraction of respect. YO, Boys.....it won't be long before you hair either thins or changes color. The geezer in the bay is paying your salary. Actually, this is the first time EVER that I felt distanced by the "Friday crew". When I worked in corporate America, they were the paycheck guys. Never ever late on Friday's or for breaks.
I had a great experience at take five yesterday. Jeremiah, who checked me in was especially helpful and I really appreciate it. His honesty when he told me it wasn’t time yet for an oil change. So your team replaced my fluids, put air in my tires and added coolant. So this was really superior Customer Service and I highly recommend to all my friends that they take their vehicles there for oil changes.
