Had a wonderful experience at this Take 5 location thanks to Toby and Gordon. Both were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain the available options without pressuring me toward the most expensive choice, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, and they double-checked everything to ensure it was done correctly. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
My experience at this location has been very refreshing, they took care of my car with care and recommended things that I truly needed. Tony checked my cabin air filter which has never been checked at ANY take 5 location before! It was so dirty I’m ashamed to say. But I’m glad it got taken care of because it was needed! This is probably the BEST location I’ve been to since I’ve been going to take 5. My services were Toby (Manage) and Elijah( assistant). They were really friendly and helpful! Thanks for the great service!
John Owen greeted me with a bottle of ice-cold water right away, which was a lifesaver in this hot weather. He and his partner worked very well together and provided excellent service with great attention to detail. Both John Owen and Elijah were very patient, professional, and thorough throughout the entire service. Honestly, this has been the best customer experience I’ve had at any chain location so far. Highly recommend this location—great team and outstanding service!
