I will be honest I was a little apprehensive about coming here at first but I had a great experience. I was not expecting this to actually take 10 minutes. There wasn’t a wait at all! I’ve sat at the dealership for the whole day getting an oil change and paid more than I paid here. People are complaining about the price but I think it was very reasonable that you can get an oil change, tire pressure checked, and windshield cleaned in less than 10 minutes. The price includes the fast services!!! You cannot expect a quick oil change for $10!!! I know a quick oil change seems scary but I promise you it is not. I’ll be back again in a few months!
I had such a great experience with this Argyle location. Back in April, I came in and Marcus helped me with my Lexus. I was not even due for an oil change at the time, and I really appreciated his honesty about what I needed, what could wait, and the way he worked with me. He was extremely nice, professional, and genuinely focused on customer service. I came back recently last Sunday after having some disappointing customer service experiences at other locations, and Chris and Trey were amazing. I pulled up around 8:55 for the 9:00 opening, expecting to park and wait, but they were already ready for business. They saw me, waved me right into the bay, and immediately got to work. They were friendly, fast, accurate, and straight to the point. What stood out most was simply being acknowledged and treated like a customer. I even told them how much I appreciated that because of the experiences I had been having elsewhere. Thank you, Chris and Trey, for making something as simple as getting an oil change actually simple!
I normally take my vehicle to Mercedes dealer however I didn’t have the time. I stopped by Take 5 hoping they could assist and to my surprise they had everything to accommodate my S550. CJ, answered all my questions and confirmed not only did I need an oil change but coolant replaced. Tre provided water and asked if it was okay to place sticker on my windshield. The extra care and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed. All the guys were great! Thank you again CJ, Tre, and Christopher for providing excellent service.
