Mason was Wonderful, helpful and Respectful, also the young man,Jaiden and a lovely female working with the team who changed my windshield wipers and gave me a bottle of water. They were a great team! They were also really patient with me. I am an older client and needed a little extra help. They never made me feel like a burden. The experience made me want to return to this specific location for service in the future. Thanks to the 3 of you who made my day .
Easiest experience with an oil change I’ve had in a very long time. I was at the location in River city town center and Jaiden was absolutely amazing. He explained everything to me along the way as this was my first time at take five. The staff there were wonderful. They were joking around and having a good time while working, which is always a sign of good management. Will definitely be returning for my next oil change.
I arrived and all 3 bays were full, but there was nobody waiting behind anyone. There were only 2 employees and they were working back and forth between those 3 bays. Sometimes it was in unison, so the other 2 vehicles had to wait for them to come back and complete work. I felt bad for them because it wasn't their fault. It took a little over an hour between my arrival and departure. I'd like to suggest closing a bay when there are only 2 people, especially on a Friday. In the end, they got the job done.
