Alden is the GOAT!! He was very friendly during the entire service, answering all of my questions and giving me tips about my car. He even offered to show me the oil and explain the process to me, which was kind, since I don’t know that much about cars! He also gave everyone in my car cold water, which was needed on the hot, Florida day. One thing I will say is that these workers need some fans!! Poor things are sweating on 90+ heat days and are doing physical labor, so they need some air!!
After a terrible experience at another Take 5 location, I decided to drive out of my way to try this one—and I’m glad I did. The difference in customer service was night and day. The staff was professional, friendly, and never made me feel pressured into purchasing additional services. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my vehicle with care throughout the entire visit. The process was quick, organized, and hassle-free from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a location that genuinely values customer service and takes pride in their work. This will be my go-to Take 5 location from now on, even though it’s farther from home. If you’re looking for fast, honest, and professional service, I highly recommend this team. Thank you for restoring my faith in the Take 5 brand

The facility was clean and well-organized, and the entire team went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. The pricing was very fair, and I honestly got more value for my money than I expected.
