Cory (I hope I’m spelling that the right way) and Eric were the bomb! I pulled up for my oil change - admittedly I pushed it off because it felt too soon to need one, but when my sensor started flashing 0% life I decided to not mess around push it off any longer - and Eric immediately recognized my car from the last time I was in. After checking the system and my car, Cory told me I didn’t even need an oil change yet. He showed me proof that my oil was still clean and full, they topped off my tires and reset my sensor for me. Saved me money, and kept me laughing the whole time! 10/10 customer service from those two!! PS as I was leaving I heard someone say “real nice lady, real dangerous driver,” and that TOOK ME OUT, I was laughing so hard on the way out of the parking lot.
These three gentlemen took great care of my girlfriend’s vehicle. They handled the oil change, replaced the cabin air filter and engine air filter, and performed an engine coolant flush. What really stood out to me, though, was their honesty and attention to detail. They made recommendations based on what the vehicle actually needed rather than trying to sell us things we didn’t need. Their advice very likely prevented my girlfriend’s vehicle from having a much bigger problem down the road, and I genuinely appreciate that. Great work, professional service, and—most importantly—people who clearly take pride in doing the job right. John, Anthony, and Ethan deserve recognition for taking care of their customers the way they did. I’d absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable service. It was a minute to wait but the wait was like family-friendly he took care of you & treat with drink & cool down when you feeling hot in you car I will come again he listen for considered really enjoying & plus I got to vacuum my car & even wash my car later when so that a plus plus will come back this a welcome 🙏🏾 🤗 to Jacksonville to family-friendly Thank you so much for the treatment . I thought about how you did things then I watch i understood he went in order .
