I’ve always had positive interactions at this location but Yesterday I came in for an oil change and Bryan properly inspected my oil and even referred to another associate and surmised that I didn’t need an oil change just a top off. The part that made me feel the need to specify his exceptional service is that previously the associates changed my oil with less miles on it. It made me realize that they wanted to make the sale and Bryan chose Integrity. Thank You Bryan
I arrived around 4p to which I thought they might be closed early because I saw cones in the drive up areas and also it was starting to drizzle. Fortunately, they weren't, so I was able to get the service I need. I was a little disappointed that the amount I was given over the phone for the services was not what the final charges ended up being. (about $40 more) Thank GOD I was texted a $25 off coupon when I signed up on their website which brought the price down. Anyway, service was quick and I didn't have to leave my truck, so I am grateful I didn't have to make an appointment with the dealership and also wait an hour or so for the same service which would have definitely cost me much more.
My experience was TOP TEIR…I brought a filter with me and it was wrong. The manager went to another location to get me the correct filter. The entire staff was helpful and professional. They all went above and beyond. They all need raises because they could have just send me away. Thank you Take 5 on Edgewood!!!!!!!!
