First time to this location.. I actually went in because I thought i needed an oil change but I was actually made aware that I still had miles and a top off would do me just fine . The worker explained to me that typically the sticker is a half way mark reminder and then when I go back I get a new sticker with the remaining miles … the other take five that I usually go to up the street has never once told me that . So basically I was getting oil changes at the half way mark… it’s sickening to know that some businesses will sit there and just take your money . They don’t inform you or anything . I will never go back to the other take 5 (across from dollar tree) . I actually was never asked if I was there for a top off or oil change upon arrival either . Never given the choice or reminder . Just sick .
When I got there they were adamant, quick and very informative of everything I needed done and exactly what they were doing to my vehicle. While pulling up they even offered me and my son cold bottles of water. Great gentlemen, kind, patient and angelic like. I came late and was going through a rough time but they took outstanding care of me and my vehicle. Made me laugh and smile, checked my filters, changed my wind shield wipers and made sure all my fluids were where they needed to be so much that I could take a long road trip and be 100% ok on the way there and back with no worries……I’m a customer for life!!
I’ve always had positive interactions at this location but Yesterday I came in for an oil change and Bryan properly inspected my oil and even referred to another associate and surmised that I didn’t need an oil change just a top off. The part that made me feel the need to specify his exceptional service is that previously the associates changed my oil with less miles on it. It made me realize that they wanted to make the sale and Bryan chose Integrity. Thank You Bryan
