I arrived around 4p to which I thought they might be closed early because I saw cones in the drive up areas and also it was starting to drizzle. Fortunately, they weren't, so I was able to get the service I need. I was a little disappointed that the amount I was given over the phone for the services was not what the final charges ended up being. (about $40 more) Thank GOD I was texted a $25 off coupon when I signed up on their website which brought the price down. Anyway, service was quick and I didn't have to leave my truck, so I am grateful I didn't have to make an appointment with the dealership and also wait an hour or so for the same service which would have definitely cost me much more.
The service was excellent! For some reason they were unable to except their own advertised on line printed out discount coupons. They told me that they would except it next visit. I was disappointed about that, Yet pleased with the free cold water and service.
I didn't catch the techs name but he was exceptional and very polite. I do believe that I was the 1st customer of the day. He was prompt and I appreciate him gettin me in and out.
