Even thou I had to wait about 20 or so minutes for the techs to work on my vehicle, I was still done within 20 minutes after they started. (Oil change, filter, and air in tires) Definitely my go to place instead of the dealership, because they have me waiting minimum an hour, always finding a bunch of things that I didn't ask to be check, then claiming they need to be replaced, and of course prices are much higher than Take 5.
By far my best experience off all my visits, Ardale was greeted with a unpleasant reminder that I frequent here for oil changes, and if it’s not one thing it’s another they missed. He not only promised my sticker and toppers would be on point but did it with grace & care, restoring my trust to keep coming to my local trusted spots! Keep improving to make sure ur staff hits all targets and expected points with his kindness & this place will keep more regulars returning then ever!
Take 5 Staff... Mr Mike,Briana and Dominic was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. This was my first time bringing my 2023 Kia here I'll definitely be back on my next oil change. They weren't pushing a sale. They topped all my fluids off,and if u have military discounts or coupons it's definitely worth the price. 10000000000 STARS TO TAKE 5
