Good fast oil change, but still a poor experience. Last night, I came 20 min before closing and they told me they were shut down for the night. They'd had a big oil spill and had been cleaning it up. No worries, I knew it was the end of the day. The guy working apologized and said "If you come back tomorrow, we'll get you a 25, 50% discount." Take 5 offers lots of $30 off coupons online which is ~25%, so 50% is generous. Came back today and they had a note that said to give me 25% off. I asked them to check, because he'd offered me 50%. The guy at Take 5 says he'll call to confirm but "either way, we'll get you the discount" which I take to mean they'll honor the 50% off. They do the full service, and at the end the guy checking me out says "I don't know who told you that or where the miscommunication happened, but my manager says 25% off is the best we can do." End result is that the discount for driving back is nearly identical to the coupon on the website. Honestly, I the extra 25% off doesn't bother me, much. But it's frustrating that they said they'd call, but didn't. And then seem to imply that I misunderstood the offer, which I didn't. They acted as if I was trying to pull one over on them, which honestly does not make me want to come back to Take 5.
Take 5 Oil Change always provides great customer service! They take care of you faster than many other companies, and the employees make sure to acknowledge you and let you know about anything important regarding your car. They also have great prices, and their labor is well qualified. Make sure to tip the employees for their hard work! I would highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone who hasn’t been there yet!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Daniel and TJ were awesome! I’m recently single and taking charge of my own car maintenance, so finding people I can trust means a lot. They made me feel completely safe, respected, and taken care of. Their kindness and integrity really stood out.
