I had an excellent first time experience at Take 5 Oil Change. From the moment I pulled in, the team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Manager Daniel did a great job leading the crew and making sure everything was handled smoothly. Cavan and Levi worked on my vehicle, and both were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain what they were doing without any pressure or upselling. The service was quick, thorough, and the entire process was hassle-free. Note: Daniel also answered my questions in detail which I appreciated. It’s refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about customer service and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be returning for future oil changes and would highly recommend this location in particular to anyone looking for fast, professional, and trustworthy service.
Take your car to 5 Minute Oil in Jacksonville Beach! Daniel, the manager and Bria were amazing! I took an Enterprise rental car for service -based on 5 minute being a preferred vendor however it didn’t register in the system. As hard as I tried to problem solve with Enterprise I had to leave without service. Daniel and Bria were so accommodating and even topped off the fluids and did my windshield knowing I had to leave without the service. We do take our personal cars hereand definitely will be back! Thank you so much for your help today 😊
The two gentlemen assisting us were so professional, friendly and very polite. I felt badly that it was so hot outside and they had no fans around anywhere. The temps were in the high 90’s and no air circulation. The guys kept a positive attitude and were very efficient. Will definitely be going back to this location and bringing them ice cream!
