The team here is amazing and awesome! All the technicians are professional courteous and knowledgeable. They explain everything in detail as they are progressing through the appointment. Any additional maintenance recommendations for the vehicle they suggest doing at this appointment or give a mileage timeline without a sales pitch or pressure. A much better experience than at the dealership. I have been to this location on four occasions and each experience has been top notch. Price is extremely reasonable and service is completed very fast. SO MUCH BETTER than my dealership experience. They have a great team at this location and I hope the owners/management appreciate the service they provide to their customers. Location in Inverness Florida!
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled in, the service was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. Darien and Scott really stood out—they were both knowledgeable, respectful, and made sure everything was explained clearly without any pressure. They worked efficiently but still took the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable with the whole process. It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore. I truly appreciated their positive attitudes and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a quick, smooth, and trustworthy oil change, I highly recommend this location. Big thanks to Darien and Scott for making it a five-star experience!
One of the best shops, I’ve been to a lot of Take 5’s because of the Veterans discount. I won’t be going anywhere else, this shop was great. Tina did and wonderful job and the rest of the crew (Darien & Austin) were quick, efficient and I really appreciate the honesty of their work. Really a superlative crew!
