Lindsey and T took amazing care of us. Fantastic attention to detail. Explained why I needed upgrades in a way that made sense. Incredibly efficient while still being sociable and they even included my young son in conversation. Explained to him what they were doing (washing the window, filling the tires, checking the dipstick, etc.) Been coming to this location. For years and this is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Kudos, ladies! You each deserve a raise!
Got my oil changed here a couple days ago! They were the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I have ever had change my oil. I would definitely recommend them over and over again. They don’t try to force you into anything you don’t need. They listen to you and they even pie someone in the face for a $5 donation to the children’s fund. lol. But truly they were the best group of folks I’ve ever worked with to do my oil change and I appreciated them so much! Will return back!
I had a bad experience in the past at this location but my husband drove me over this evening. And I must admit -I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Haines City! Giovanni was incredibly polite, professional, and courteous from the moment we arrived. He took the time to explain everything clearly and offered us water bottles while he provided the service. I also want to recognize Jojo for the outstanding teamwork. The two of them worked together seamlessly, provided fast and quality service, and showed great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to see employees who genuinely care about customer service and take pride in their work. Thank you, Giovanni and Jojo, for making my visit such a positive experience. I hope you’re both recognized for your professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!
