Jonah met me with a smile as soon as I pulled up, and even handed me a cold water while I waited. I was only in for an oil change on my wife’s car. But I ended up getting a full service. Topped off all oils and fluids. Checked tire pressure. And they changed my cabin air filter for me as well. I myself am in the service industry so I know what good customer service means. Jonah and the team killed it, and I will definitely be back to this location.
I go to your establishment in Niceville and always get great service. Today in FWB at this particular store the employee was doing the natzee salute, not once but over and over again while laughing and smoking cigarettes! The rain had just cleared from Trop storm Arthur. We were across the street celebrating Juneteenth Friday night at 7pm. It’s just not the place or time do show case your hate! We all witnessed it and got video to prove! Just to inform you this happened at the workplace off Eglin pkwy!
I stopped in for a quick oil change and was a first time customer. The techs were professional and brought a few items to my attention but didn’t try to sell me all these additional services. The wait wasn’t long and then I was in and out in 20-30 mins. I will be a returning customer!
