I just needed a basic oil change and the gentleman that came to the car when I pulled up, was very nice and very honest. He told me they only use fully synthetic oil and they were not the cheapest place I could go to. I appreciated his honesty and chose to go ahead and get my oil change there. Simply because of his honesty... Being a single female, I'm not used to that from auto service places. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. Yes, they told me all the things I could really use, wipers, filters, etc... but absolutely no pressure to get them. I also love that you can stay in your car while they service it. They gave us cold bottles of water and were very quick. They also aired up my tires for me. I would absolutely recommend Take 5 to friends and family. I will be returning when I need anything again.
The team at Fernandina beach take 5 is unbelievable, Express oil completely screwed me this morning. They messed with my oil drain plug and made it loose to the point my car was leaking oil bad and then express was like “oh we can’t do your oil change” (please see my review for express oil in yulee) but take 5 took extra time with my car and got me where I can drive and keep getting to and from work for the time being. I will always take my car from now on to take 5 in Fernandina beach, Rose, Andrew are freaking awesome team. Thanks guys!!!
Amazing experience! Fair price, fast and excellent service. I highly recommend. Andrew will take great care of you, as soon as you arrive. Rose did the mechanic stuff, and did an excellent job. I believe Kenny did my next oil change, and was fantastic......we brought 2 vehicles. We will be back!!!
