Amazing above and beyond service. Great integrity, honesty, education and advice from Mathew, Joy, and Efrain. No attempts to upsell, though i did invenst in many auxiliary items, they were honest on what was necessary and what can hold off, and provided extensive complimentary check ups. Mathew even went to get his personal code scanner since the shops was broken at the moment and I had requested to see why my check engine light was on. I was greated by Joy with a smile and a cold water bottle and even offered another one for the road at the end of service. Efrain was quick and thourough with service and gave a wonderful windshield cleaning. By far the best service I have ever received from anywhere in any category !
This is the best take 5 ever. Let me tell you all that I went to a take five before and they disconnected my windshield wiper and something else while working on the car. I called them and it was not pleasant to hear the manager not care. I stopped going to then and one day I got an email and said I’ll try them again and it’s the best decision. These guys are all great!! Clear mint and us27 location is the best. If you want their usual fast service but from people that actually care go there.
This place is amazing! Pulled up today and both Matthew and Nicholas were there and provided impeccable customer service! Pulled up and Matthew greeted me with a nice ice cold bottle of water to start. The $25 off coupon was very helpful towards my service. He reviewed the fees before getting started. And I was in and out of there! They cleaned my windshield and they offer free oil top offs within 3k miles or 3 months so I’ll definitely be back!
