I couldn't remember when my SUV was serviced just noticed that my "check engine light" came on. I called a friend who checked it out and he told me I needed oil. I always use Take 5 because they're so professional and efficient, so I went right over there. Thank goodness I did!! The amazing guys at Take 5, Topped off my Oil, at no charge to me! Then they were able to figure out the problem with my SUV! I am a widow and the guys were extremely helpful, answered all my questions and provided me with suggestions that I requested. Thank Y'all very much! I very highly recommend Take 5 in Brooksville!!
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The service was fast, professional, and everyone was friendly from the moment I pulled in. The new manager has done an amazing job creating a welcoming atmosphere and making sure customers are taken care of. You can really tell they care about providing great service and keeping everything running smoothly. The staff was knowledgeable, efficient, and never made me feel pressured into buying anything I didn't need. It's refreshing to see a team that genuinely values customer service. I've been bringing my truck to Take 5 Oil Change for the past three years, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I'm extremely picky about who I trust to work on my truck, but the team at Take 5 has earned that trust every single visit. They're always professional, knowledgeable, honest, and treat my truck with the same care and attention to detail that I do. The service is fast without ever feeling rushed, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It's hard to find a shop you can truly rely on, but Take 5 has proven time and time again that they're one of the best. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and people who genuinely care about their customers.
