Oil Change in Brooksville, FL at 12435 Cortez Blvd.

I appreciate how quickly they get to me in my car as well as them offering a bottle of water within minutes of my arrival. They also ask, and check, all my filters, but I never feel pressured to have them changed if I decide to have them changed at a future date. I also appreciate the great coupons that are available to help with the cost even though their prices are very reasonable and competitive. Oh and I appreciate them checking my tire pressure without having to ask. The guys that work at my local location are very kind, respectful, and at the same time always seem to remember who I am.

I had a fantastic experience at this Take 5. All the ones I’ve been to are great but this one might top the list. Austin helped me out along with his coworker, whom I didn’t get the name of I’m sorry, but they both did such a superb job communicating with me about what they were doing and what I needed, as well as working so quickly. I was in & out of there so fast, it was painless and so convenient. I loved their communication as a team & felt genuinely cared for, especially with the safety check they do at the end where they loudly narrate everything they’re doing so there’s no oversights. I’ve been to mechanics where they’ve left rags & tools under my hood so I’m always worried about that, but their process assured me that it’s not something I have to worry about here. I appreciate them answering the questions I had honestly and I didn’t feel like I was being upsold things I didn’t need, like I sometimes do at other places. 10/10 will be coming here for all my oil changes from now on and have already recommended this location to my family & friends.

I had a great experience. I was meet by Tayvon who pretty much answered all of my questions and concerns. He even gave me and my son complimentary bottles of water as we waited to be serviced. The man of the hour was James. James explained to me what was needed and went above and beyond to ensure I received the proper services and prices. Hunter was another guy who assisted in everything. He was very comical but very useful in assisting James and Tayvon. Overall everything went well and I'm a happy camper. Thanks again guys .. I'll be back there for my next oil change.
