Belleview Take 5 did a fantastic job and didn't pressure me on buying this and getting this and oh you need this,they showed me my air filter and i knew it was mine because i watched the guy take it out and showed me so i got a new one and another guy checked my ac filter which was a little dirty and i said when i come get my next oil change I'll change it and he said awesome and they said that if i come in before what my sticker which was for like 3 thousand miles said they will top my oil and check everything else for free
The staff was friendly, Austin was the one that assisted me. He explained everything clearly about pricing and as the oil change was being completed he explained each step as it was done. I also had my coolant changed. Again, Austin explained everything they were doing as it was being done. They were fast and efficient.
They were busy and I did have to wait but it was well worth it! I don't remember the manager's name but he was just awesome I end up having a couple extra services done besides my oil change that needed to be done! I really appreciate him taking the time to explain everything. I will be back to this particular location have been at the ones in Ocala but do not compare to this one in belleview Florida!
