Absolutely superb experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted with a cold bottle of water. What a wonderful first impression! Two amazing team members took care of my car, and their professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness were outstanding. They thoroughly checked everything, including my filters, and made sure my car was in great condition. The entire oil change took only about 10–15 minutes! I love the convenience of Take 5! No appointments, no long waits, and no leaving my car. I can relax comfortably in my own vehicle while a knowledgeable, dedicated team takes care of everything right in front of me. What impresses me most is their positive attitude. Working outside in the Florida heat all day isn’t easy, yet they still greet customers with genuine smiles and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. That is truly exceptional customer service! I’ve visited several Take 5 locations around the area, and every single one has consistently delivered outstanding service. This location is no exception! Thank you, Take 5, for making car maintenance so convenient, stress-free, and enjoyable. You have an amazing team, and your hard work is genuinely appreciated.
Wherever and whenever possible, I’ve always tried to be at a Take 5. After my last service, I am making it a point to recommend to all my family and frieds in the area to use Take 5 in Auburndale, Florida. You do not just get friendly and beautiful genuine smiles from the new manager, Bianca, but also very thorough professional service. I actually drove out of the place feeling like I didn’t pay them enough for all the care the manager did for my truck.
From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted by friendly staff. Bianca, the shop manager took time to explain the services and what was best for my car based on how much driving I did. They explained everything they were doing throughout the whole process. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend. I wasn’t even planning on having my oil changed that morning, pulled in on a whim. Glad I did.
