Pablo and his crew at Take 5 in Apollo Beach are outstanding! Pablo’s expertise, professionalism, and the way he leads his team make him the perfect person to take this location to the next level. They changed my oil, flushed my radiator, and checked all my fluids, all for a very reasonable price. The entire crew was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and made sure everything was done right. I also sincerely appreciate their dedication to the veteran and active-duty military community. The significant military discount they provide is a meaningful gesture that shows how much they value those who have served and continue to serve. Thank you, Pablo and the entire Take 5 crew, for the excellent service. You’ve definitely earned my business and my five-star recommendation!
We came to get our oil changed today, & had the best experience I've ever had! Brittney & Kristopher were the ones to service our car. They were so kind, gave us water and all. When it was time to pay, we unfortunately had a problem with the bank blocking our card and didn't know. Brittney and Kristopher were so patient, understanding and extremely nice to us while we got it resolved. I had just got done saying this morning that you can't get good customer anywhere anymore. Its sad. & when I say these two completely changed my mind today, its true because they gave such amazing customer service! To the management: I'm very certain these 2 are like this every shift so please take into consideration that they deserve a pay raise. Thank you! I will definitely be back!
I was driving my Tesla when I noticed that my tire pressure light came on. When I drive my non-electric vehicle, I always go to Take 5 and remembered they usually top off my fluids and tires. Anyways, I was experiencing some trouble with putting air in my tires (due to mobility issues) so I figured I would just come and ask. The staff that worked on 6/1/2026, shout out to Chris and Pablo and the other people on-shift, delivered 10000/10 customer service. Chris told me that I can come back anytime I experience some difficulty with having to put air in my tires in the future. He told me the wait would be maybe 10-15 minutes, but I from the moment I pulled in, waited, and got serviced, it was only a 7 minute wait. Even if it was the 10-15 minute timeframe, or even an hour, it would have been worth it. This brand new location is delivering the consistent customer service I experience at all other locations; but today, they went truly above and beyond. This place is 100% worth your time and business and they treat you as such. Thank you guys!! *honk honk*
