I was actually coming back from doing errands and I normally go to Valvoline but I feel like it's like shopping for a car when you're there cause they just pressure you into doing other things with your car !!! but anyway I was at the light I saw take five I said let me go here and everyone was amazing in there. Everyone was Hospitable. They did what they needed to do. Got my oil changed and was out so I will be definitely going to them from now on.
I had an excellent experience here. Not only was my oil change completed in less than 15 minutes but the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. As a woman, I felt comfortable immediately, the process was explained and all of my questions were answered. The staff has created a great working environment - laughing and joking with each other and customers without preventing them from providing excellent service efficiently. I will definitely be back, and have already recommended them to my family.
Went to Take 5 in Stratford. Fast, friendly crew and clean service. Not only if they change my oil, fill my wash cleaner fluid and fill my tires w air. They also changed my cabin filter for me, after me saying I had it but so afraid I would break something doing it my self. And charged me nothing to do it. thanks guys, your awesome. Highly recommend.
