Everything was quick and smooth overall a good experience but the guy taking my information was a bit rude, I called early that day to get an estimate because I’ve never gone there before and the guy in the phone sent me a coupon. I wasn’t sure how the process went once I got there so i politely waited for him to mention payment and I asked to use the coupon they had sent me and the guy had an attitude mumbling about I should’ve mentioned that before. And then was very rude explaining to me how to use the coupons one my phone. I understand it was an inconvenience for him but as someone who has never gone through a quick service place like this I don’t see how I’m supposed to just know exactly what is expected. I would definitely go there again but it would be nice to see more people being patient and spreading kindness.
Super nice people! It was HOT as HELLo when I went and they brought me and my partner ice cold water bottles before we even pulled into the bay. The entire process was quick maybe less than 15 mins. They were honest about what add ons I needed and didn’t. And I cannot get over how friendly they were all there!
Chris B is an exceptional employer, bringing juice boxes and a cold water while we got the oil changed. He was very personable, kind and we shared our love of family. This man deserves a raise and a job well done. Carson is a new tech in addition and worked very awesome alongside Chris. Thank you for exceptional service.
