Take 5 always takes very good care of me. Their service is always very friendly and accommodating and stellar. Their management team also went out of their way to make sure i KNEW i was a valued customer, went above and beyond on an issue that turned out to have nothing to do with their service, but provided great advice for my next steps moving forward and followed up with me to make sure I was good to go. I won't go anywhere else from now on. Thank you, Take 5 team, for taking the best care of me =)
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Damian! His customer service was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service and see someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Damian is a great asset to the team, and I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change!
These guys do a great job every time. While they’re always super fast getting me in and out for oil changes, they also manage to provide excellent customer service at the same time. I appreciate that they keep informed about what’s going on every step of the way, and that they always do an extra safety check. They greet me with a cold bottle of water, and clean my windshield. It’s a little pricey, which I wish wasn’t the case, but overall they still deserve 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
