Wow I usually go to another similar place for my oil change and servicing okmof my car. I decided to give this shop a try. I am soooo glad I did. When I pulled up, there was a car in each stall and I sat and watched the workers. I was impressed at the communication between them as they worked. When I pulled up, I was cheerfully greeted by "Jonathon". E I told him what I wanted Dunn and ask himddd pay particularř to anything that might be significant for me as I was getting ready to take a really long drive. He told another worker to pay attention to certain things on my car, and I heard them exchanging information as Johnson and the other gentleman, Brad went to work on my car. Less than 10 minutes from the time I pulled in my car was completely serviced and ready to go. The shop was clean and things were put up, which led me to believe that management has a policy of doing things correctly and ensuring completion of every job. A fair price at top notch job what else could a consumer asked for? Besides that, Jonathon and Brad treated me like I was an extremely valuable customer and said "thank you for bringing your car to our shop". Nice experience. Mack
On a 5,000 mile trip to/from Berlin, MD, to Denver, CO. I travel in a ProMaster van, and usually use Valvoline for my oil changes. My great nephew highly recommended Take 5 in Peyton, CO, instead. Stated their expertise and service was a leap above Valvoline, and their prices were better too. I was skeptical but now a believer. Great customer service, great price on a full-synthetic oil change. Did I mention great savings using their coupons too. Thanks guys for a job well-done!
Take 5, I marked you guys down one star because I didn't get offered a receipt. I thought maybe it was coming by text message, but I never got it. Otherwise, Take 5 is terrific! After I posted a four-star review, the manager at Take 5 contacted me and offered to email me a copy of the receipt. I thought that was pretty cool that he followed up so promptly with me. So as you can see I went back and added that fifth star. 😁
