Sept 15th- 2nd time here, Keaton and Chris were amazing! Saved me a bunch of money and beyond honest and amazing. Keaton's a cutie. Omg this place is amazing and fast!!! Asst Manager Amber is a just a boss at running this place and the employees are amazing and listen without prejudice to a female with advice. While waiting they offer you a free water. They explain services well and don't try to over sell or or charge on things or pieces you don't need. 5 stars! 10 if I could! Anthony, Marlon and Amber!!! Huge shout out and don't forget to honk that horn when you leave with the great service!!! Amber, on my email, it's chic (no k) ;) Amazing people
I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Junior went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy and pleasant. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what was being done. He even went the extra mile and brought a snack out for my child in the backseat, which was such a thoughtful touch! Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Take 5, and I’ll definitely be returning!
I visited Take 5 Oil Change for the first time today, and I had an excellent experience. As soon as I pulled in, Keaton greeted me with a cold bottle of water and asked how he could help. It was a very thoughtful gesture, especially on such a hot day 🥵 Keaton and Amber were friendly, professional, and honest, making the entire process quick and stressful-free. My oil change was completed in about 10minutes, and I was on the road quickly. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back!
