Outstanding service from start to finish. I pulled my truck in today and was back on the road in under 10 minutes flat—easily one of the smoothest, fastest shop visits I’ve had. A huge shoutout to Jr, Amber, and the rest of the crew on the line. The entire team operated like a well-oiled pit crew: thorough, professional, and clear with their communication the entire time without any high-pressure upselling. It is rare to see that level of efficiency and solid customer service. If you need fast, dependable service done right, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back for the next one. 10/10.
Went today for a simple oil change, left with humiliation purely of my own choosing. The staff has unbelievable customer service skills and going above and beyond for customers is apparently a basic expectation for this location. My humiliation? Oh, just that squirrels have been having secret dinner meetings on my cabin filter and leaving their trash behind without my knowledge. Thankfully JR and Jesse helped me understand things like this can happen, as we all looked at the filter filled with acorn nuts in disbelief. And when I returned because the ac was making a new sound, JR made magic happen, figured out a nut was shoved in the fan and was able to remove it, thus restoring my car back to the car free place it once was. I will continue to go here and recommend it.
I had a great experience getting my oil change. Lott helped me with the service and was excellent throughout the entire visit. He was very helpful, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. He even offered me water multiple times while I was waiting, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, efficient, and the overall customer service was outstanding. On top of that, they offer a 25% military discount, which made the value even better. There’s honestly nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this location, and a big thank you to Lott for making the experience so easy and comfortable!
