I just got an oil change from here and let me tell you its been a while since I've seen such amazing customer service. I first called and Nathan assured me about wait times and was eager to awnser any questions. Once I arrived, I was greeted and directed in to a stall. Mike was wonderful at explaining to me the different products they supplied and gave me honest awnsers to best give what my vehicle needed. All the guys; Both Mikes ,Nathan, Jake, and Max had me smiling throughout the entire process. I will be coming back here again. Thank you all! :))
I went to Take 5 with an oil leak and a little fear because you never know how serious an issue can be. They were able to see my vehicle right away and helped me select an oil change within my price range without pressuring me. They offered me a cold water while flushing out my old oil. They even offered me a $15 discount on my payment and 2 free quarts of oil on my next visit. My guard flap in the front of my car was hanging down and they offered to screw it down for me free of charge. Will 100% be returning for my future oil changes.
The guys who helped me were absolutely amazing! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for great service. They truly are the best! If you go, ask for Sean and Jessi — they’ll take great care of you! 🙌
