Skylar, Heff and Max helped me out today while in need of an oil change and differential fluid change. Was super easy as my first time in, made it super simple and showed me exactly what I needed while also topping off all my fluids and checking levels of air in my tires. Also updated my carfax with the work done. This was all done while my daughter lay fast asleep in the back of the car. Couldn’t recommend them more. I’ve got a 200k+ mile 2015 Subaru Outback.
When I pulled in at the store on Havana near Evans, I let another gentleman go first. I did not know that he was an employee there until I pulled in to the bay 1. He said thanks for letting him go first. Then Jesse helped me decide which oil change I would like. He explained all three options with a smile on his face and so polite. After he typed in all the information into the computer he shows me everything that had been done to my car since I had gotten it. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I used to go to Jiffy Lube but not anymore. Take 5 Oil Change does not try to sell you anything except your oil change. Definitely going back there from now on. If you have never been there, please go and see them.
These guys are great. I came in around 6:30 on a Friday night, right before they were getting ready to close up at the end of the week, and they were still extremely friendly and helpful. They even brought me a cold bottle of water while I was waiting. Everyone was easy to understand, took the time to explain everything they were doing, and did a great job very quickly. You could tell they cared about giving good service even at the end of a long week. I really appreciated that and will definitely be back.
