Oil Change in Aurora, CO at 1151 S Chambers Rd..

I took my van to your location in Aurora on Chambers and Mississippi and the tech who worked on my car was Simon. He was so polite and courteous. He explained everything to me as he went along. I didn't remember when I had an oil change last and it showed it. As he tried to take my oil filter off, it started coming apart on him. It was so bad that the bottom got stuck. Simon apologized for the extra time that it was taking him to a job that normally doesn't take as long. He asked if he could tell the other customers that my oil change was taking longer than usual and he apologized to everyone. He came back and started working on my van again. As he was trying to get the last screw out, it fell inside the housing case. He explained that if he couldn't retrieve it, I was going to have to get my car towed. I felt so bad that I waited so long and I apologized and thanked him for trying. It took him a minute but low and behold, he got it out. He was so excited and so was I. He was so Amazing 👏 at his persistence and not giving up. He saved me so much money. I would recommend everyone to take the vehicles to Take 5 for an oil change. Normally it would have been faster, but overall it was a Wonderful experience for me and Simon. I thank him so so much. I thank my Heavenly Father guidance to steady his hand. Thank you so much Simon. I just had another oil change this week and once again the staff was friendly and fast. They did an Amazing job 👏 🙌. I will tell everyone to go to Take 5 for their oil change.

Had a great experience for my first time here! I was greeted with a smile and a water by Jonnie, I believe. Kaleab was a joy the entire time I waited for my service to be done. We got to chat it up which I loved. Friendly service is not something I see often enough especially while getting your car serviced. All of the guys worked really well together. As Kaleab changed the air filter, Greg showed me my oil levels and everything looked great. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything above what I needed, smooth visit overall! I will be coming back to this location for an oil change for sure.

Alex & Greg were awesomely fantastic! They were both professional, and knew stats on my super old vehicle. They both need a raise!!!! I just moved in the neighborhood. I went to the shop across the street, and they didn't even speak to me and left me standing at the front counter way too long. Alex greeting me right away, and with a nice cool bottle of water. Now that's customer service!! Thank you
