Oil-ow me to sing their praises! 🎉 Take 5 Oil had me revved up from the moment I pulled in! This crew is a well-oiled machine: lightning-fast service with smiles bright enough to replace my headlights. They treated my new-to-me car like it was fresh off the showroom floor, and treated me like family. I was in and out before my coffee even cooled. Talk about starting the day on the right track! I trust these folks with my ride, and I’d automatically recommend them to anyone. When it comes to oil changes, they’re simply a cut above the rust. Five stars, no brakes on my enthusiasm! 🚗✨

I was greeted with the BEST SERVICE at this location. Big thanks to Little, Khaleb, Izzy and all of the other employees at this location!. You all deserve recognition!!! ❤️after experiencing the worst customer service at the Havana location with Assistant Manager Nathan!. Not sure how he's a manager. But the Chambers location is AWESOME! . They took the time to clearly listen and explain the services they provide and confirmed that there was no notes in the system previously of a broken dipstick that was stated by the poor manager Nathan at the Havana location. I appreciate all of you at the Chambers and Mississippi Take 5 location! You all keep up the good work!!!.

I took my van to your location in Aurora on Chambers and Mississippi and the tech who worked on my car was Simon. He was so polite and courteous. He explained everything to me as he went along. I didn't remember when I had an oil change last and it showed it. As he tried to take my oil filter off, it started coming apart on him. It was so bad that the bottom got stuck. Simon apologized for the extra time that it was taking him to a job that normally doesn't take as long. He asked if he could tell the other customers that my oil change was taking longer than usual and he apologized to everyone. He came back and started working on my van again. As he was trying to get the last screw out, it fell inside the housing case. He explained that if he couldn't retrieve it, I was going to have to get my car towed. I felt so bad that I waited so long and I apologized and thanked him for trying. It took him a minute but low and behold, he got it out. He was so excited and so was I. He was so Amazing 👏 at his persistence and not giving up. He saved me so much money. I would recommend everyone to take the vehicles to Take 5 for an oil change. Normally it would have been faster, but overall it was a Wonderful experience for me and Simon. I thank him so so much. I thank my Heavenly Father guidance to steady his hand. Thank you so much Simon. I just had another oil change this week and once again the staff was friendly and fast. They did an Amazing job 👏 🙌. I will tell everyone to go to Take 5 for their oil change.
