Overall 10/10 experience. I’ve been to this Take 5 a few times in the past, along with my recent visit. Each time I’m greeted pleasantly and services are explained in a detailed, professional manner. I bring my 75lb St. Bernard mix with me and she also LOVES the techs at Take 5. She has a lot of food restrictions but each technician was very understanding of this and swapped her for some pets which she enjoyed more! On top of their excellent customer service, their communication and hard work is top tier. I never once felt pressured or upsold for their services. Finally, they sent me with a receipt that recommends my coolant flush. Little did I know, it hadn’t been getting done when I was having my car serviced at the dealer! Guess what!? Take 5 does coolant flush so, I will definitely be returning in the best way possible EDIT: once again, a great visit at Take 5. They did my coolant flush and it only took about 5-10 extra minutes.
I love Take 5! The service is consistently professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Tyler is a rockstar leader and was training new hires on my last visit. He was transparent with costs and suggestions and I never felt he was too salesly, instead I felt like he had my best interest and safety in mind. My most recent visit was two days ago and Isabella did an excellent job as well! She upsold me on a coolant filter but also made me feel confident in that purchase. Thanks Take 5 team!
this take 5 is the best one I’ve gone to so far! their service is amazing they are very friendly you get to see everything they do to the car they tell you everything they are doing to it. They make sure to check everything! It was Tyler and his crew that were amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back to this location only others don’t do the extra for customers:) very satisfied I didn’t have a horn to honk but just know I wanted to honk many times:)) thank you take 5 in Arvada you made a customer very very happy
