These guys are always on point. There’s hardly ever a line. They offer refreshments and snacks if you have kids in the car. Rates are very competitive and they have Penzoil Full senthetic if you want the premium stuff. They’ll check your cabin and engine air filters. They also check your tire pressure and top off if needed. They take care of military vets and first responders too. Check the website before you go, there’s almost always a promotional offer for some extra savings. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Keep up the good work fellas.
These young people are very experienced and their hospitality is five stars They seem thorough and organized, and they have good structure and knowledge what to do and what to look for I always leave the place feeling like my car has been taken care of with no stone unturned Even though the current car that I have his new and has a warranty, I will continue to bring other family members cars here and recommend them for oil changes. This location in richmond is specifically the best shout out to all the young professionals working there. You guys keep it up.
I can’t recommend this place enough. I previous have gone to Jiffylube and will never go back. The service at Take 5 is unparalleled. Apparently, Jiffylube failed to put in 3 screws in the skip plate and stripped one of the remaining screws. Elijah and Jose at Take 5 put in extra time and effort to fix the terrible job that Jiffylube did. I won’t go anywhere else.
