Let me start by saying I do not trust service providers of any service business to actually do what you expect in a professional manner. I needed an oil change and lacked the time to do myself so after seeing pretty stellar reviews on google i chanced it and i was pleasantly surprised. Not just the service and facility but the shift manager name pronounced “general” really was doing a great job of overseeing training of a new guy but most importantly controlling the tempo of moral in the shop. Appeared to be a pleasant environment for the crew working and that speaks volumes Good work Take 5 If if u need oil change go see “the General”
Service here is always great, energy is always high, and the team is professional and takes great care of their customers. My only concern is for the staff themselves. In the summer, temperatures get over a hundred degrees, and they're only working with small fans to cool off. That's not right. These guys still show up and give great service despite the heat, but no one should have to work in those conditions. I hope the company sees this and invests in better cooling for the team. They deserve it.
I came here for an oil change and had such a great experience! James was amazing. He was thorough, double-checked everything, and let me know what he recommended without ever making me feel pressured to purchase anything. I really appreciated his honesty and how well he explained everything. The whole team also had such a fun, positive energy. You could genuinely tell they enjoy working together, which made the experience even better. Everything was detailed and thorough, but my oil change was still quick and easy. I’ll definitely be back for future oil changes and would happily recommend this place to friends!
